All advertisements on Compare Colleges are subject to approval before being displayed. Once an advertisement is approved and scheduled for display, the following policies apply:

• No Cancellations After Approval: Advertisements that have been approved and scheduled cannot be canceled.
• Pre-Approval Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an advertisement before it is approved, you may do so by contacting our support team. However, please note that cancellation fees may apply based on the work already done to process your ad.

2. Refunds

All payments made for advertisements on Compare Colleges are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Advertisements that are approved and scheduled.
• Advertisements that are rejected due to non-compliance with our ad policies.
• Advertisements that do not achieve the desired results or expectations.

We strongly encourage you to review your ad content, target audience, and other relevant factors before submitting your advertisement for approval.

3. Plan Modifications

Compare Colleges offers a variety of advertising plans, including Monthly, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Day-Specific options. Please note:

• No Refunds for Plan Downgrades: If you choose to downgrade your advertising plan, no refunds will be issued for the difference in cost.
• Upgrades: You may upgrade your advertising plan at any time by paying the difference in cost. However, the original plan's fees remain non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. In the rare event that an error is made on our part, resulting in incorrect billing or service delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. This may include offering a credit towards future advertisements or, in exceptional cases, issuing a partial refund.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been processed in error, please contact our billing department immediately. We will investigate the issue and respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
