3. Advertising Services

3.1 Ad Placement

Colleges can post advertisements on Compare Colleges to promote their institutions. Advertisements can be targeted nationwide, state-specific, or city-specific, depending on the college's preference and the selected advertising package.

3.2 Ad Pricing and Plans

Ad pricing is dynamic and varies based on demand, geographic targeting, and the duration of the advertisement. We offer flexible plans, including Monthly, Bi-weekly, Weekly, and Day-specific options. The applicable rates will be displayed on the platform during the ad creation process.

3.3 Payment Terms

• All payments for advertisements must be made in the name of "SparrowBytes FinTech Solutions."
• Payments for advertisements are non-refundable, regardless of whether the ad runs for its full duration or is removed by the college or Compare Colleges for any reason.
• The payment must be completed before the advertisement is published on the platform.

3.4 Ad Content and Approval

• Ad posters must be provided by the college or its representative, adhering to the size and format requirements specified by Compare College.
• All ads will be subject to approval by Compare Colleges before they are displayed. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement that does not meet our content standards or violates our policies.
• Ads will be displayed based on bid pricing, with higher bids given priority in display placement.

3.5 Ad Targeting Criteria

Ads may be targeted based on the following criteria:

• Nationwide: Displayed throughout India.
• State-specific: Displayed only to users in a specific state.
• City-specific: Displayed only to users in a specific city.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are the property of SparrowBytes FinTech Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

5. User Conduct
